Sydney Hi-Fi Show: Awarded the best system at the show this year
We are back from Sydney!
Our team presented three superb systems this year all paying homage to our brands and their innovation.
Our reference system this year was a pair of 40th Anniversary Edition Stradivari G2 speakers from Sonus faber amplified by McIntosh Labs. Our Secondary system hosted the Mofi Source Point 10 speakers amplified by Advance Paris. Our third system hosted an all Rega System with Aya Speakers Powered by Rega Aethos.
We were fortunate to be a favorite at the show, well attended throughout the show. The majority of the audience who attended the Sydney hifi show seemed to have agreed with us.
The Australian HI-FI/ What HI-FI? team announced last week that in a poll amongst the audience, we were voted as the best system at the show.

Australian Hi-Fi and WHAT HIFI?
Sonus faber’s Stradivari sequel, aptly paired with McIntosh’s MC1.25KW monos, 1200 Series digital components and MT5 turntable, as well as Aurender’s N20 streamer and REL’s massive No.32 subs. That was the formula for the room voted No. 1 at the Show – courtesy of distributor Synergy Audio.

We blasted all sorts of stuff, from heavy metal through to alternative and electronica and more. You know, the type that your average audio enthusiast snorts at in semi-disgust. What loss. It was among the most fun sessions I’ve ever had at a show. Needless to say, some of the more… shall we say… enthusiastic tracks slammed like a runaway locomotive.
