Ruark R3

Ruark’s ethos is fine design that doesn’t skimp on the overall quality of both sound and finish. And the R3 doesn’t stray from these ideals, with a modern, upscale design with a sleek and compact form factor. The R3 replaces the older R2 MK3 in the Ruark range, keeping the same feature set, with FM and DAB Radio, as well as AUX Inputs and Bluetooth. Adding further to previous models, the R3 also includes a CD Player as well as Internet Radio and Wi-Fi Streaming, with Spotify Connect.

Driving the radio is a set of stereo Class A/B Amplifiers to provide high current to the NS+ Drivers, overall producing a clear and detailed sound. With angled feet, the stance of the radio angles up towards the listener from a table or desktop, providing the best quality of sound to the user anywhere in the room. Furthermore, the stance of the R3 provides a more organic stereo spectrum, allowing the listener a better experience.

Whilst Streaming is good, sometimes nothing can beat physical media, and with it’s Multi Format CD Player, the R3 provides. The unit can play CD’s of any kind, including self burnt CD’s from home, displaying the Track name and Artist in the process. With it’s OLED Screen and large format clock, all critical information is easily displayed on the R3, with great readability.

With built in FM and DAB/DAB+ Radio, the R3 allows you to listen to any of your favourite stations in premium quality. With the unique control buttons on the top of the unit, any station is within quick reach, providing great flexibility for any music tastes. The further addition of Wi-Fi connectivity only adds to the R3’s flexibility, allowing the user to connect to Internet Radio from anywhere in the world, along with streaming including Spotify Connect.
