Terms and Conditons


  1. For orders of less than $1,000.00 ex tax, there will be a freight and handling charge.
  2. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect all Products promptly upon delivery.  Synergy shall not be liable for short delivery or defects in the Products unless the Customer submits a written claim to Synergy within seven (7) days of the delivery of the Products to which the claim relates.  Subject to the above, any Products returned to Synergy for any reason must have return freight prepaid and be insured for any risk.  Synergy shall not be liable for any damages sustained during return.  
  3. Synergy agrees to provide warranty service and support for the Customer for the Products for the warranty term described in the product description or if not provided, upon application to Synergy. 
  4. Synergy will only be responsible for shipping Products to the Customer’s nominated address unless otherwise agreed.  
  5. The Customer acknowledges that Synergy will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, or other economic loss in connection with or arising out of the existence, functioning or the Retailer’s use of the Products.
  6. Prices: The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website.  Third party websites may not always list our current prices.
  7. Availability: If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  8. Synergy shall retain title to all Products supplied until the purchase price has been paid in full and until the purchase price for all Products and all monies owing to Synergy on any account whatsoever has been paid in full.
  9. Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is within Australia. Deliveries may be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers or our contracted courier company. The delivery method will be organised by Synergy. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this cannot be done. If you request multiple delivery dates for an order you will be charged a delivery fee each time. If for any reason we cannot deliver your full order at the same time you will not be charged for additional deliveries. If you wish to change the delivery date then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery. If you are not at home for a requested delivery then we reserve the right to charge you $50 again to redeliver your order.
  10. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 1 business day before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be processed by Synergy
  11. Returns: If your goods are deemed faulty on arrival following confirmation by Synergy you may receive a refund, a replacement (where possible) or the option of a warranty repair (unless otherwise specified).  During the warranty period we have the option of repair or replacement.  If you notice any damage to your goods please notify Synergy at the time of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods at this time. If you notice any damage to your goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery please notify Synergy immediately. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs
  12. If for any other reason you need to return an item please call Synergy customer help line on 03 9459 7474 within 5 business days of receiving delivery.
  13. If your goods have been unboxed but otherwise are as new (have not been used or connected) a 20% restocking fee (20% of your purchase price) will apply. A collection fee of $50 or the amount of your delivery fee if it was greater than $50 will apply
  14. You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.
  15. We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to install or have used.
  16. Payment: You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.  Authority for payment is given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the value of that order. We shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill as a result of our negligence which arise out of or in connection with an order.
  17. Product Information: Synergy makes every effort to ensure all prices and product information is up to date and correct at the time of display. However, we take no responsibility for any incorrect information that may appear and reserve the right to refuse any order which may contain mistakes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that product information is correct when purchasing any new appliance.
  18. Commercial / Business Purchase: Products sold are sold under the terms and conditions set out by Synergy. Products sold to businesses large or small do not have the same warranty as those for domestic customers and in many cases Synergy’s Warranty is void if the product is used in any commercial application. In some cases, the warranty is limited to 90 days and in many product categories it is nil. Please call Synergy to enquire about any warranty query.
  19. Synergy reserves the right at any time to vary any of these trading terms without notice.
